Motion Blur, Blur, Chromatic Aberration, Sharpening: Off.

Lower = better performance, but not much. This is the 'pop in distance' for objects. You might lower this, I think this doesn't do much with FSR.

This doesn't change much on FPS, but looks better. Shadow Quality, Terrain Quality, Water Quality, Texture Quality, Grass Density, Detail Level: Ultra.Everything with NVIDIA HairWorks: Off, low, 0, whatever is the lowest.Quality is also ok-ish, but you might want to lower other settings first. This good result is not achieved with any settings, I tweaked a bit, until it was appealing to my eyes. The biggest difference is, that my GPU is not at 100%, but at 50%.
